It seems like every design portfolio has an article reader, here’s my Android version.
I chose a very dark grey primary interface color for two reasons. First, it would help the colors in the photos “pop” and draw the user into the images. Second, the color black evokes feelings of quality and elegance.
The bright colored tags help the user know immediately what category the article is in and once they have drilled down into a category it acts as a “you are here” reminder.
