Problem
This is a project I worked on for Cru, my full-time employer.
The process to apply for a job or internship used to be disjointed and decentralized and required the applicant to use multiple online applications as they worked through the process.
Solution
We unified the process for both applicants and staff. Connecting several enterprise-level applications into one interface.
My tasks were to map out the user flows and design the screens that the users would interact with.
